Andy Latham of Salvage Wire demonstrates best practice in the safe handling of end-of-life hybrid and electric vehicles at Plunket College of Further Education, Whitehall, Dublin 9.  The Electric Elves programme is the first of its kind in Ireland and aims to increase the rate of recycling of End-of-Life electric vehicles in Ireland.
