1 Year Course
The Leaving Certificate programme offered in Plunket College has always appealed to a wide range of students, whether they aspire to places in Post Leaving Certificate programmes, Third Level Colleges, apprenticeships or other employment.
Students follow a programme from the following list of subjects:
- English
- Irish
- Maths
- Business
- Biology
- History
- French
- Geography
- Art*
- Chemistry*
*These subjects are dependent on numbers requesting them.
Students may study other subjects outside of the college and sit them for their Leaving Certificate.
History Department
There are no special requirements for applicants over the age of 18. If under 18, applicants will need to have completed 5th Year.
The college provides a one year Leaving Certificate programme for mature students/adults returning to the classroom after some time away from school.
